Day 01: Cochin to Munnar :

Upon arrival at the Kochi. It is considered as the land of forests, rivers and great waterfalls. Then proceed to Munnar , On the way enjoy some waterfalls Valara , Cheyappara and natural scenic spots. On arrival at Munnar check into Hotel and relax for the rest of the day.

Day 02: Munnar :

: After breakfast spend the day with local sightseeing. Situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is 1600 Meter above sea level. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in South India. Local sightseeing of Munnar includes visit to Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo point. Afternoon proceed to Rajamalai were the rarest species of mountain goat, "Nilgiri Thars", can be spotted( Closed up to 31st March 2022) . Overnight stay is at Munnar.

Day 03: Munnar to Thekkady by Road (4hrs.) with Thekkady sightseeing

Today morning, following your breakfast at the Munnar hotel/resort, pack your bags and check-out from the hotel/resort. Hereafter, you will be driven towards the gorgeous Thekkady, located near to Kerala-Tamil Nadu border. Following your arrival in the town, settle down in a hotel/resort and relax for a while. Post this, embark on a rustic tour to the Periyar National Park, a protected reserve forest, which is home to a stunning variety of flora and fauna. It is bound to wake up and give pleasure to the nature lover in you. The sanctuary is famous for its dense evergreen, semi-evergreen, moist deciduous forests and savanna grass lands. It is home to herds of elephants, sambar, tigers, gaur, lion-tailed macaques and Nilgiri langurs. Close to Periyar National Park is the Periyar Lake, one of the largest artificial lakes in India. Take a boat ride here to truly bask in the true beauty of the place. Coming back from the boat ride, you can go for local shopping & visit spice plantations also. Day 04: Thekkady to Allepey :

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey. Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats. Check in time is 12:00 PM and cruise starts with lunch. While cruising in these floating luxury-villas, let your eyes settle for the swaying coconut groves. Food will be served on board. Overnight stay in the houseboat.

Day 05: Alleppey to Cochin Drop:

After enjoying a fulfilling breakfast and checking out from your hotel, you will be transferred to Cochin Airport for your onward journey. Your tour comes to an end, and you can depart with fond memories of your time in Cochin. Wishing you a safe and pleasant journey ahead!
